Fuel Injection?

Guys or Ladies, with all the after-market fuel injection kits being offered these days, has anyone come up with a British 4-banger conversion? Everything I have with FI is so darn trouble-free.

I don't know Holley makes an aftermarket FI that works good, but I don't know if it would work with a B

there are a number of companies making aftermarket fuel injection systems that will fit MGs. most incorporate weber dcoe throttle bodies, so you will need a dcoe manifold for your car. one company making such systems is twm www.twminduction.com .
i must add that this is a double edged sword, however. most systems are designed for competition use and will make your car run very rough on the street, yet you cannot use it for racing because it is not original type equipment

FWIW, the PO of my 71BGT had installed FI from a small Chevy (Cavilier? Luminia?) on the car prior to my purchase. He said it ran great until the computer died.It was a throttle body unit that was a direct bolt on the a Cannon manifold to fit a Weber 32/36. The computer had failed and the FI had been remover before I purchased the car and replaced with the Weber. The oxygen sensor and the water temp sensor were still in place. I have often thought about hunting the throttle boby and computer up and trying to retrofit what he did. This may point you in the right direction

There is a place near mansfield OH, that has/sells/installs F.I. kits for almost any Brit. I can't remember the name, but if you want, let me know and I'll find out.
(they looked suspiciously like weber intakes too) and the guy told me it uses gm conponents- so I'd think most repair parts could be had at the local parts store.
