In case you missed my Newbie post, here are a few pics of my V8 Lotus 7. Looks like Dave needs a race!

Cheers, GavinR

Beautiful car there mate! Welcome to BCF! Owning a gorgeous LBC is one thing, but actually building one yourself? It must be a treat!

I wanna see the engine!!

Is that a Locost?

Huh, can't seem to find any I've already photographed, I'll have to go and take some. There's a picture of the engine in the distance in this one.

WHEW! Have you transferred all that power to the rear wheels yet? & walked away with clean underpants? WOW!

Gavin, I have a bunch of new Edelbrock small block Ford parts, brand new in box. Send me a PM if you're interested.

That's pretty outrageous indeed, Gavin. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbsup.gif

What'd th' shoehorn you used to stuff that thing in there look like?!? /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/jester.gif

Your camera operator could do with a set of sticks, BTW /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

sick... just plain sick!

That's gotta be about as close to strapping yourself to a rocket motor as anyone would want to get! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

WOO HOO! I couldn't tell...did you lay rubber when you went into 3rd? Yor left equal amount from both wheels in 1st & 2nd....

SHOTGUN!

I think I backed off about that point! I've just taken the motor out in anticipation of a winter rebuild. A few things I want to do, quicker steering rack, hydraulic clutch, and alot more power with a GT40 spec engine.
