I finally got the front spring out (left side only) and the suspension apart. I noticed that the lower wishbone arms where they attach to the lower fulcrum pin only have a nylon bushing. Moss and VB show both a metal bushing and a nylon bushing. The lower fulcrum pin measures about .815" and the nylon bushing is about 1/16" thick. Am I missing something? Also my trunnion swivels fine but does have some side to side movements. Should this fit tight or is this OK! Thanks again and have a good day!

IMO the sleeve is there, but so rusted in place that it looks like the pin. Sometimes they have to be cut off (cut most of the way through the length with a Dremel & cutoff blade, then break the remaining metal with a chisel & BFH). But try the other usual forms of persuasion first. A small pipe wrench has worked for me, but don't get too carried away (and bend the pin).

Also my trunnion swivels fine but does have some side to side movements. Should this fit tight or is this OK!

The side to side play should be almost undetectable. I'd replace them.
