I purchased this 48 TC about a year ago because I was anxious to get back on the road in an MG. I really was more interested in getting a MG C Roadster, but this one just popped up and I had the cash to buy.
It's has had a ground up restoration back in the mid 70s (I have pics of the restoration). The best part is that it's Supercharged. Runs fantastic, looks fantastic and drives... well as you'd expect a TC to drive. I have the original twin SU with intake manifold that goes with the car along with some of the original paint for touchups.
It's been in a few car shows over the years. It's really a beautiful looking car for weekend drives.
I want to get back into a C, so if anyone wants to trade for a C I'm open to it. If not a trade then a straight sale would work and I'll continue to search for my elusive C.
