new project car 67 mgb
Well I have started another one. This one is a 67 that was originally white with a black interior. I will retain the white but go with a red leather interior with white piping. Because of North Carolina title requirements I had to make it appear to be a drivable car and insure and tag it to get a title. Thats why the floors are already done and the front fenders are in primer. The DMV inspection is now done so here we go. Bsck apart it goes then onto the rotisserie. I have a early O/D reworked by Quantum Mechanics to go in it... I will post the story behind that after I pick it up at Carlisle import show in May. The only rust repair to make now is the doglegs. As you will see in the pics they are original and just starting to blister thru the paint. This is a great starter point 67! I will probably not blast thru this one in record time. I have house projects to do and once they are done hang on! I wish Tony was here to see this one. I will surely miss his input and comments. Bob
