Fellow MGer’s
I feel like Steve Martin in his movie the Jerk. Remember when he proudly proclaimed that he was somebody after finding his name listed in the new Phone book?
Well that’s kind’a how I felt when I opened my latest Grassroots Motorsports (August 2003) and was ecstatic to see my 78B made the magazines' -“Internet.Hot.Rod.of.the.Month”!...
Pure Nirvana. The lord can feel free to take me anytime he wants now that I’ve (or my car has) made printed page. Although I don’t think that many of us would associate an MGB with anything close to a “Hot Rod". But regardless I feel honored just the same. I will consider this the first of many to come.
Check it out when you get the chance.
