Revington was suggested for a couple of reasons. First the OP is a whole lot closer to Revington that he is to RATCO since he is in The Netherlands. The other is that RATCO is a good frame but it is an aftermarket frame and slightly different from a factory frame, the Revington frame is a Triumph frame that has been rebuilt using a combination of existing chassis components and new parts. How important having what amounts to a "Triumph" frame vs a RATCO frame is a function of how much originality one is going for. From a price perspective, the Revington frame cost more and with the UK having "Brexited" from the EU that will have some impact on shipping and duties but how much is unclear to me right off hand compared to pre-Brexit. The RATCO frame would also have duties imposed and the shipping would be a big factor as well given that it would have to cross an ocean instead of going across the channel.
Of course all of this falls into the category of "we're pretty good at spending other people's money" when it comes to car stuff on the interwebs.
