I couldn't get that page to load. But there's a jeep truck around here that the cab looks just like a CJ/wrangler and it has a seperate panel bed on it. Looks older, but it's done so well, that it looks almost new too. I don't know if it is a custom job, or if there actually was a jeep truck factory made like that.

Looks like fun to me. I'd love to pick up a flat fender Jeep some day.

When I was little one of my dads cars was a 51 Jeep. I've always loved the older flat fendered one because of that one.

here's mine (with SWMBO and dot)
We went puttin down some back roads last fall to take some foliage pics (the fold-down windshield is great for that) and wound up finding a guy that was selling some really choice pumpkins for super cheap! I think we'll go for a ride like that again next fall.

But..... these things get HORRIBLE gas mileage. the way things are going now, I may not wind up keeping it.

Two of my friends had old jeeps {a 52 pickup and a 54 panel delivery} were excellent 4x4`s, would go anywhere! Not fast mind ya, 55 mph and they sound like there going to blow up! the 52 had the O.E.M. straight six in it and 5:23 ratio in the differentials {yea real low geared} and yea horrible mileage!
The panel had a 283 conversion, with 5:38 diff ratios, plenty of power! But still Sounded like it was bieng tortured at 55 mph. Many broken axels and xfer cases later he finally sold it to a young kid.
It lasted him about a month then I saw it no more after that.
Fun 4X4`s if you are not in a hurry to get anywhere.
