With the great help of Dave (TOC) the Wedge roars to life.
Not without worry.
Things that were Kady Wompus.
-The firing order in the front of the manual is missin the 5 and I put it in the wrong order.
-Either I didn't tighten down the rocker arms hard enough or they loosened up. Had to re torque the bolts. The drivers side was real noisy and the pass.side is starting to make noise.
-Don't forget to hook up both dizzy connections.
Pulled the pass. side cover off and all the nuts were tight. Hopefully the slight clatter is just tightness in the new head, cam, and lifters.Beginning to think I must have lost concentration on the drivers side and forgot to torque them
There is a slight leak in the exhaust connectors I showed. When I spun them to get them up out of the way I noticed 1 of them was not tight in a small area. There must be a dimple in the muffle pipe.
I have checked all the hoses and tightened the clamps onelast time so all that is left for it to beon the road is to install the tie rod ends and put the wheels back on.
YEA!
