/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/lol.gif Well I'm thoroughly pleased with myself. I got the rear wheel bearing apart, repacked it, and got the seals replaced. Didn't even need any special tools either.
Suitable puller = 2 armed puller and an impact socket the size of the spindle
Bearing Press (removing bearing) = Vise and large socket
Bearing cleaner = tub of mineral spirits and a air gun
Bearing packer = my hand
Bearing Press (installing bearing) = Vise, block of wood, and plastic bag to keep the grease clean
Special Tool with adapter (for "drifting" hub onto spindle) = Big wrench socket and a mallet

And for my next trick, I get to do the other side tonight. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazyeyes.gif
