I’ve been playing whack-a-mole with my rear axle shims and I’m about ready to pull what little hair I have completely out. I have what might be a question with an obvious answer to many of you.
Adding shims is supposed to increase clearance, correct?
If you are not really close, the best way that I found is to remove all the shims from both sides. Then measure and determine the total shims needed. Put 1/2 of that on each side and done. Well if you are like me then recheck- of course both sides.
