A blast cabnet stand 2x4s around the top with a plywood top and 2x4 legs, all bolted together. The two rear legs have wheels on them so I can easly move it out into the driveway for use. Keeps the dust out of the garage even with a vac on it. Also have a 50 foot line from my compressor so I don't have to drag it out as well.

Room underneath for my shop vac.

Think I will do the same thing for my table saw and free up a bit of space under it as well.

No, still thinking on that as it is nice to be able to tip it to get the sand back to the correct end. Was thinking about a back and half sides to keep it in place. Would use a 1x4.

Hinge the top at the back and put a latch on the front, THEN bolt it down. Best of both worlds

Jack,
I don't see your bong for the Blast Cabinet. One of those 2 Gallon mini shop vacs really works well to suck the dust into the 5 gallon pickle bucket rather than quickly clogging the filter on the shop vac.

I wouldn't trust it....how hard can it be to run some bolts through the blaster's legs & the cabinet?

strikes me a fella with a freshly restored BE doesn't need a blast cabinet, 'less of course he was thinkin of a companion or a fresh project. Anything you need to tell us Jack?

Well, shuffels foot, I got these parts left over that I am blasting, painting and putting on eBay. Hay, it just goes to Tony for spares and such at this point. You know, paypal to paypal. In fact I got some good stuff on eBay for cheep. Try the vendor from Niceville. Some under Bugeye some under Sprite Midget.

But then little jobs keep me out of trouble. I did do all the lights on the outside of the house. Used Bugeye black, hehe, they look good as new and prob saved $150 or at least put off the expense for a few years.

Jack,

You don't happen to have a front exhaust pipe support bracket(bell housing to front exhaust pipe) and clamp in your pile of ebay parts, do you?

No I don't and they are tough to find. Keep an eye on ebay, one will turn up.

course not too hard to make one either if you only care about function.
