I just ordered a bunch of necessary bits for my GT from Moss and all of it was in stock and ships today (should have it Thursday or Friday). Not only not bad for a nearly 50 year old car, but not bad for any car of any age.
I know partly it's an advantage of running an MGB -- with nearly everything available one way or another. Makes keeping these old cars on the road all that much easier. I'm not a big fan of hunting for parts, so having a nice catalog to get bits from makes it nice and easy.
By way of comparison, I'm still waiting on the insurance estimate for the damage to my motorcycle (2013 Moto Guzzi V7) -- I expect parts wait times could be measured in months and not in days if they have to come from Italy.
Thanks, Moss!
