Back Story; Picked up 2 GT6s (Mk1 and Mk2) from the mountain to use to fix my current 1970 GT6+. The mk2 was really bad. almost not even worth being a parts car. I stripped that on down and got cut off everything i needed and sent the rest to the crusher (sad day). Pictures of the mk2 are in one of my other threads.

The Mk1 has the tittle and is in great shape, and it now sits at my Grandmas house. Will start getting restored once my GT6+ at home gets going.

Other parts include;
A Spitfire frame that was burried, so we dug it up (GT6 is now sitting on it).
Mk1 Spitfire hood
The original passenger door to the mk1.
The frame to the GT6+
I also have the original hatch to the mk1, and that's in my basement with many other parts.

Interesting fender flares. Makes one wonder what the wheel/tire or even axle set up it might have had.

the first pic reminds me of way i've brought more than one gt6 home...
Good Luck!!
We had this one and the complete GT6+ on one trailor. The mk2 went on normal, and the mk1 was hangin on the end sideways.

Im always joking with others about how cute, small, and light these cars are, that I often tell people that Im worried that someone will just throw mine in the back of a pickup and drive off with it.

When I moved the last time the "Baby Car" was still in kit form, and was surprised at how easily the body fit into the back of the (not even a real truck) Elcamino.

I just hope my GT6+ will be done for triumph fest 2011 so i don't have to trailor it in. Pretty excited that its going to be here in Colorado.
