I don't recall seeing either one. I set mine by the book .004" IIRC and use whatever is in the grease gun (Sta-Lube Moly Graph I think).
And before we get to arguing about oil or grease, the TR3/4 trunnions are a different design than the later TR4A-TR6. Most of the early type units will leak if you try to use oil in them.
