Just need it for a couple of hours.

I do have stuff going back literally decades, opened but not started. At some point they'll move on. One I do have is a 1990s reissue of a Lindberg XF-88 from the early 1960s. Got that years ago as a reminder of the first edition that was one of the first, if not the first, kit I ever had. Back in 64 when I was just turning 7 my maternal grandmother took me from rural Ohio to the World's fair in New York, quite a trip for a little kid. And that kit we got at Macey's while there. And yes, I do remember bits and pieces of the trip, skyride at night, Ford pavilion riding in a Mustang, Several trips through "It's a Small World" and some other stuff.

Probably worth telling the story of a friend who had an extensive <extensive> collection of single malt scotch. His wife sat him down one day and said 'you know, your sons and sons in law are sure going to enjoy drinking this when you are gone.' He started drinking it that day.

Mrs JP assures me (repeatedly) that when I die my death notice will include the yard sale and the cars for sale. Just sayin'
