Moss Gift Certificate

My exceptionally wonderful mother in law gave me a $50 Moss Gift Certificate for Christmas, and I would like your advice on how to spend it. Here is my shopping cart so far.

It's all weather strip and plastic stuff. I have had real bad luck with plastic and rubber items from Moss in the past. Have you guys had any experience with any of these items? If you think they are bad, I will just get the bullet mirrors I have been wanting.

Merry Christmas!!!

All I can say is that I had a really hard time fitting new pillar to quarter light seals on my car.

I was informed that the intention of the gift certificate was to buy bullet mirrors, not a bunch of car junk.

Bullet mirrors it is!!!

while I would ordinarily agree with the bullet mirror option and then suggest you add the rest of the parts listed to the order to save postage., however, consider that ebay has bullet mirrors for less than Moss.

I bought a pair of these and they are very nice. Of course they don't actually work since I didn't think about the fact that the original ones sit further from the car and have a plinth. And of course the plinth doesn't fit the bullet mirrors and I had to drill holes in the door to get the bolts on as well as adjust the spacing of the bolt holes with a drill as they aren't exactly the same but, they look Really Really cool and I'm sure they make the car go faster.

Morris,

If you do need new rubber for your car, I would suggest you check out MacGregor. He used to work for British Leyland back in the day and is VERY picky about the quality of his trim parts. He is an old guy and a one man show so it might take him awhile to get back to you, but I would definitely recommend his rubber and trim parts.
