Location of 3000 on Trunk Lid

Sorry to clutter this board with my personal issue, but the trunk lid on my BJ8 was replaced some years before I got the car and was obviously taken off a 100-6 since it did not have the 3000 badge, only the Austin Healey. I am going to put the 3000 on, but need to locate it correctly on the lid. Can someone please measure where this goes relative to the Austin Healey badge and let me know. Obviously, once the holes are drilled, I'm done, and I would really like to get this right the first time. Thanks again for all the help I've received here.

THE AUSTIN HEALEY BADGE IS ON THE LOWER RIGHT CORNER PLACED AT AN ANGLE. FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE "H" TO THE TOP OF THE "0" IS 3/4 OF AN INCH AND CENTERED WITH THE AUSTIN HEALEY BADGE

Good morning AutoB. Just to make sure that I understand correctly, the 3000, which is set at the same angle as the AH badge, starts at the same absolute vertical plane as the AH, but is 3/4 inch below it? Is the 3/4" measured on the angle, or on the absolute vertical plane? Also, which zero falls directly below the H?

IF YOU MEASURE 90 DEGREES OFF THE HEALEY (PERPENDICULAR) FROM THE LOWEST POINT OF THE SWEEP ON THE "H" IT IS 3/4in TO THE TOP OF THE MIDDLE "0". IF YOU FOLLOWOW STRAIGHT DOWN THE LEFT SIDE OF THE "H" AND CONTINUE THAT LINE IT CENTERS ON THE CENTER OF THE MIDDLE "0". HOPE THAT'S NOT TOO MANY CONFUSIONS.

Put the badge on yesterday, and it looks perfect. Thanks for your help, Autobahn. At least you came to my rescue.
