Inner Sill Assembly Should i spend extra money on kilmartin brand???

From my experience yes as the fit with Kilmartin is the best. Moss does sell some body parts that are made by Kilmartin but assume you already checked with them about the inner sills.

For what it is worth, my view is that bending up sills is not rocket science, therefore any metal shop worth its salt could do it. where as a fender panel is a different matter. I would go for an uprated version (thicker metal, if you can get 'em ) from your normal suppliers.

I used all Kilmartin panels for my 64 BJ8 restoration and was glad I did. It is difficult enough to get everything to fit without having to deal with poorly made panels. You could have them made locally if you had a good correct sample! On my car there wasn't enough left to even get a measurement. Have a good day!

I don't anything about the Kilmartin sills, but I do think it's worth getting sills made of thicker sheet metal than original. Those inner sill are pretty important from a structural standpoint. I got a set of heavier gauge sills from Healey Surgeons, but I don't think there was as much price differential as between the Moss and Kilmartin ones. (Of course, that could be because the thinner ones were more expensive!).
