Has anyone bought something from them by just faxing or e mailing the order form without talking to them first?

I purchased the throttle cable kit via their web page.

Did they ever talk with you, ]
I ordered last week and haven't heard anything
Also I contacted them a while ago about a flaw in the PDF order on my computer where I can't enter my name on the form.
They never returned that question either.

It was a couple of years ago, I don't recall if I received any communication or not. The kit came in a reasonable amount of time.

Called the shop twice last week. Gave up and just faxed the form

Tony prolly reads BCF all the time and saw "DNK" on his caller ID, ya think?? :jester:

I spoke to Tony alot a few years ago when I replaced that pesky rear crossmember. Didn't someone mention that he was gonna be out a lot this summer?

Could be, he bought a place upstate NY, so he might be spending time up there. I just tried to call Tony at Ratco, and there was no answer. I have his cell number, but it's at home. I'll try to get a hold of him when I get home tonight. If not, I call some guys from the Triumph club to see what's up...maybe something happened, as it's not like Tony to not take care of business.

I can vouch for Tony being a great member of our triumph community. He even made a house call to my workshop to check out the TR6 that I'm restoring using a bunch of his parts, since he was in the area. =) When I got a hold of him, it was best by phone, though I have emailed him back and forth successfully before as well, but phone seems more reliable.

Tony brought out a chassis and other items to the VTR 2011 in Breckenridge, CO. Everybody is heading home today so he should be home with his truck and trailer mid week to near the end of the week depending if he drifes straight home and how many miles he wants to drive a day.

Well, dang it.
Glad OI was not in a hurry. Not
Did they just close up shop?
