How much grease for the drive [prop] shaft plunger

Just so I don't over grease it, how much grease goes in the drive (prop) shaft plunger grease fitting?

The car is on the lift with the wheels off the ground and I've give it so far about 10 "pumps" from the grease gun but no grease is coming out as of yet. Goodness know when it was las lubed.
 
If you're referring to the splined part, it can take a lot. I hit it with about 10 pumps every year and haven't blown anything out (yet).
