Wow, as soon as I saw that I thought "I've got that sticker on an old lens somewhere. Went digging through my Canon T-70 lenses, and sure enough, my Kiron 70-210mm zoom lens (FD mount) has that sticker on it! Not sure why I never bothered to take it off, but it's been there for about 36 years!
Even though I have had that sticker on there for so many years, and knew it was some kind of inspection sticker, I never knew what the acronym was until now (googled it).
