Fuel injector maintenance?

Wondered if anyone uses any "fuel injector" or "fuel system" cleaner. And what difference did it make?
Some online reports say "sure fouled my injectors" or "sure lowered my mpg".

Not experiencing any problems in my 2023 Nissan gasoline engine getting 35mpg, but wondered if I should do some preventive maintenance, or wait for the recommended 30,000 mile"fuel injector clean" (where they just use a bottle of off the shelf cleaner and charge $800 ...)

What's the BCF opinion?
Thanks.
Tom M.

I suspect you have nothing to worry about with the Nissan. I have never experienced any issues with a modern car - and fuels have detergents. That said, a can of seafoam or something similar isn't going to hurt anything.

The injector fluid bottles don't work much better than a small amount of Aspen.
Aspen increases the octane number. I therefore use no more than half a liter for 40 liters of regular petrol.
Twice a year works fine

I use BG injector cleaner into fuel line and have used Chevron cleaner since about 1986 when FI became prevalent. Put in tank every few months.
