Last summer, I installed a Wizard aluminum radiator with electric fan in my TR250 and I'm now finding that the thicker than standard radiator is covering the front forward-most holes for the front sway bar brackets (7/8" Addco), where they attach to the radiator protection shield. I'm not sure what I need to do to re-install the sway bar. Do I: 1) Raise the radiator by shimming under the radiator mounts 2). Remove the radiator and countersink the holes to allow for a flat head or button head screw to be used, or 3). use a different sway bar that would mount up differently, eliminating the problem. Anyone else come across this problem? How did you solve it?
