Sad to report it's actually me, Tom. About six months ago at a "reunion" of sorts.

In a pub at Universal Studios a year ago, a stranger came up to me and declared I was Dr. Hunter Thompson... hiding in Florida after faking suicide. He was adamant.

He said he'd "observed" from afar for a while before he approached, I gave him enuff ambiguous info to muddy his water.
