Here's a few photos of the lightened stock flywheel I used on my vintager racer for years. You could use this same design for the street, just leaving a little more material on if you didn't want it as light. I think 25 lbs would be a good streetable weight.

I get a lttle north of 250hp with most of my race motors at the wheels. This lastest build is a few levels beyond that....
I've ridden in it, and it's definitely not docile.I have my friend's Huffaker Healey at my house during the fire season. The owners live in the boondocks and were worried as it is not street legal. When he raced it, the dyno on the engine was only 195 hp. I only drove it around my yard, but I could feel the power available!
