John, A TRUE mechanic,came over & helped me with it.He gotit running,although the radiator/alternator/air pump are off of it. Now I can start putting it back together.I'll be asking a bunch ofdumb questions,& looking for some parts. I'm just so excited that it's worth keeping,& getting it going!If anyone has any NOS parts for this,please let me know. - Doug

Congrats. And as JP said, "there are not dumb questions." There are, however, dumb mistakes made because we did not ask that question.
 
JP, Sold the TR6,but still have : 1960 Ford Anglia 105E - needs to be restored 1967 MGB GT - 20 footer - runs great 1974 MG Midget - need to get it drivable 1978 Datsun B210 - I'll be forced to FINALLY get it going- so that I can get the Midget into the garage. 1978 Triumph Bonneville TR140V - need to get done 1978 Datsun B210 Parts Car - For parts 1995 Dodge Dakota V8,4WD - DD,& tow vehicle 2007 Ford Fusion,4cylinder,5 speed - Wife's car - Doug
 
So far,I've got a new water pump,all the tune-up parts,
radiator hoses,oil + filter,just need to install them.
I picked up the recored radiator today - $335!!!
